Walk With Us
Walking in Nature for at least 30 minutes a day has been proven to support your mental health. When we can have greater mental health, we can thrive more in all areas of our lives.
Currently we are in the works to see what times and days' work best for all to join. I plan to have early AM or late PM walks, so we don't die from the heat. I plan to have us meet at Roosevelt Elementary School to start and end our walks. I am new to this area and am excited to have this safe area to explore and meet new friends.
