💳 Policy Updates

🔹 No Cash Payments for Services, I do not accept cash for services. I will gladly accept cash tips, but all service payments must be made electronically via the booking system.

🔹 Cancellation Policy – To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, I will be enforcing my updated 24-hour cancellation policy:

100% of the session fee will be charged for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment.

If I am able to re-book your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the session fee instead of 100%.

Clients with unpaid cancellation fees will not be able to book future appointments until their balance is cleared. If client has pre booked appointments, those will be canceled if payment is not made within 24hrs.
