Swedish massage is intended to improve circulation and tissue elasticity while reducing muscle tone and creating a parasympathetic response. This massage includes warm steamy towels. Aromatherapy Massage includes essential oils of your choice and warm steamy towels. We provide an array of options from calming to uplifting scenes. Your choice of Therapeutic or Swedish massage modality. Therapeutic Massage is a style of massage which focuses on getting results, relieve pain, & and work on a specific problem vs. just relaxing. It is style of treatment where massage therapists mobilize your soft tissue (muscles, tendons, fascia, etc) to restore normal functional use. Therapist will use a mixture of modalities and create a custom massage to support your needs. This massage includes steamy warm towels and possibility of cupping therapy. Prenatal massage for women expecting baby. In this session you will enjoy the option of lying face down for your massage with a prenatal body pillow. You will also get the option of a custom massage we create together. All prenatal sessions are upgraded with steam warm towels plus the option of cupping therapy and aromatherapy. Full Body Scrub Treatment is an oppertunity to treat your body to a fresh start with these amazing Pacha Whipped Scrub. Body scrubs promote healthy skin, lymphatic health, and relaxation. In this session you will receive lymphatic pumping, dry skin brushing, application of scrub, removal of scrub with warm steamy towels, and ending with application of moisturizer. Option of aromatherapy. Infrared Body Wrap Treatment is an oppertunity to treat your body to a pampering detox. Using detoxifying muds applied to the skin and an infrared sauna blanket promotes skin health, release of toxins, reduces stress, and reduces pain. In this treatment you will receive lymphatic pumping, dry skin brushing, mud application, 30mins of alone time in the infrared sauna blanket, removal of mud with warm steamy towels, and ending with application of moisturizer. Post Op MLD Massage decrease the post healing phase of cosmetic surgery from 9-12 months to 3-6 weeks. MLD massage is beneficial to the healing process when used both before and after your surgical procedure. MLD works to activate your fluid circulation and stimulate the functions of both the parasympathetic nervous system and the immune system. This massage can include dry scrub gloves and cupping therapy, depending of your healing process. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid. Therapy is applied to your unaffected areas first, making it possible for the fluid to move out of the affected area, or “decongest” the region. MLD helps open the remaining functioning lymph collectors and move protein and fluid into them, as well as to help speed up lymph fluid flow through the lymphatics. Spiritual Healing is a form of healing that manipulates, restores, or balances the flow of energy in the body. The energy is channeled through the practitioner to the client. Helping remove energy deficiencies and blockages, which then activates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself.
